Job description

The Assistant Director of Compliance and Ethics in LR MEA is responsible for leading compliance and ethics operations in local representative markets in the Middle East and Africa, and promoting a strong culture of integrity. The role works as a business partner for daily compliance and ethics for the supported market, providing risk-based guidance and supporting the effective implementation of the global compliance and ethics program. This role requires a relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience, with over 10 years of relevant professional experience in compliance and ethics. A professional qualification in compliance, law, accounting, auditing, risk management, or a related field is preferred.
