Job description

Key responsibilities include plumbing, maintaining confidentiality, policies and procedures, and preventive maintenance. The role involves responding to guest repair requests, communicating with them to resolve maintenance issues, and performing preventive maintenance on tools and equipment. The candidate should possess basic knowledge in areas such as air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and control systems. Additionally, the candidate must be able to use a computer, follow safety and security policies, and work independently. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
