The role involves risk management and ensuring compliance with systems and regulations. This role independently leads complex governance, risk, and compliance activities and acts as an expert in one or more areas of governance. It also produces high-quality results in the field of governance, risk, and compliance, provides technical guidance to junior and mid-level team members, and directly contributes to the continuous improvement of the organization's governance, and compliance framework. The Chief Compliance Officer works as a bridge between technical implementation and program leadership - in collaboration with leaders, legal, audit, and business stakeholders to achieve mature and effective governance, risk, and compliance results parallel to the Saudi organizational environment in the field of financial technology
