Job title:- • Junior retail sales representative. Job duties:- • The retail sales function includes responsibility for achieving and exceeding sales goals by providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating extensive product knowledge, and effectively merchandising products. • Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales goals. • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. • Be up to date with product information. • Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. • Adherence to company policies, ethical standards and regulations. • Provide timely follow-up with potential and existing clients. • Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services.
