Chemical Engineer

Job description

Chemical engineers design and develop large-scale chemical and physical production processes and are involved in the entire industrial process required for transforming raw materials into products. • Study the processes of chemical manufacturing, such as: polymerization, hydrogenation, oxidation, crystallization, evaporation and distillation, follow up the operational conditions, such as pressure, temperature, flow in production units, and find methods that guarantee the development of production processes and improvement of product quality. • Prepare the programs of operating the chemical products manufacturing units, prepare the executive plans, and follow up their implementation. • Prepare preventive maintenance programs for the chemical products manufacturing units and equipment, as per the manufacturer instructions, and follow up the execution procedures. • Develop the work methods and procedures, and keep up with the technical developments. • Prepare, present, clarify, and keep on the relevant database, the specialized documents and reports related to engineering projects and works, as well as their progress ratio, as per the adopted policies and procedures
