Operations Control Specialist

Job description

Monitor various processes in order to verify their efficiency, propose recommendations and corrective actions, and prepare the specialized and related documents and reports in the field of process control. • Conduct the tours of supervising the activities of various operations to ensure the efficiency of the work and operations and the ability to fulfill the obligations, and review the data related to work, in accordance with the governing policies and procedures. • Develop recommendations and corrective actions to ensure work stability and quality of outputs, ensure compliance with the financial laws and regulations, analyze the regulatory changes and determine their future effects. • Exchange the information, and discuss with concerned parties the regulations related to implementing the labor law. • Analyze the information and data of records related to the different works of the entity and consider them as a basic reference to be referred to during the occurrence of any problem, and develop the methods and procedures of work using modern techniques. • Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to operation control, provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions, and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures

Requirements

• Secondary education or higher
• more than 3 years of experience in operations control
• experience in debt collection activities
• based in Riyadh
