Dealing with Microsoft programs. Filling legal loopholes About this profession: Lawyers provide legal advice to clients and act on their behalf in legal proceedings and in compliance with the law. They research for, interpret and study cases to represent their clients in a variety of settings such as courts and administrative boards. They create arguments on behalf of their clients for lawsuits in different contexts with the aim of finding a legal remedy. Typical duties of this profession: • review the case; determine its type; analyze its elements and nature; clarify the legal opinion of the presented case; identify the related personal and the employer proofs and evidences; prepare the the employer proofs (documents), personal proofs (defense and prosecution witnesses), and the prosecution evidences; write the statement of claim; and prepare the documents folder. • Refer to the competent court to submit the statement of claim and documents folder; follow up the process of notifying the defendant; attend the sessions specified by the court; discuss the witnesses; and submit and follow up the pleading until the decision is issued. • Represent the principals, whether plaintiffs or defendants, before courts of various degrees and all official committees, councils and Arbitrators; present the pleading, defense, judicial and ordinary warnings, objections and claims to the principals. • Negotiate the contracts and agreements with all official and non-official entities; draft and document the contracts and agreements with the concerned entities. • Prepare and keep in the relevant database the specialized documents and reports related to the legal field, according to the approved policies and procedures
