AI Native Software Engineer Consultant

Job description

We are a forward‑thinking services company at the forefront of AI‑native innovation, partnering with enterprise clients to create next‑generation, agent‑powered workflows that scale in real‑world settings. As an AI Native Engineer you have a strong foundation in building cloud‑native solutions and hands‑on experience designing and deploying agentic systems for enterprises. You will shape AI‑native engineering adoption by leading complex agentic solutions or owning critical technical areas end‑to‑end as a senior individual contributor. You will work directly with client stakeholders to define use cases, rapidly prototype, and deploy robust, secure, operational agentic workflows in complex enterprise domains.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience building AI/agentic solutions, including RAG, agents, orchestration or workflow automation
• Strong Python, Java or similar programming skills and experience with cloud-native development
• Exposure to OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI or open-source LLMs
• Experience with APIs, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, serverless or CI/CD
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and technical stakeholders
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude/OpenAI SDKs, multi-agent systems, AI certifications or publicly available AI projects/GitHub repositories
