Job opportunity as a technical support specialist, Riyadh • Saudi nationality - a prerequisite. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering or a related field. • At least one year of practical experience in the field of information technology and technical support. • Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers - a prerequisite. • Extensive knowledge of network operation and operating systems. • Advanced knowledge of computer devices, their malfunctions, and ways to repair them. • Good knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV cameras and NVR. • Proficiency in English. • Good skills in communication, preparing reports, organizing and following up on work
