the employer is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This role involves overseeing the commercial aspects of a major infrastructure development program. The Commercial Manager will report directly to the Program Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring commercial success and control throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include coordinating with private military companies, managing pre- and post-contract activities, providing accurate status reports, and producing closure reports for each project

Requirements

• Proven experience in pre- and post-contract management
• experience in risk reporting and management
• proficiency in developing and implementing commercial strategies and report formats
• experience in cost measurement and budget management
