Project Director - Construction Supervision

Join us in shaping the business and driving innovation initiatives. We are seeking a Project Director – Construction Supervision for major infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: lead and oversee delivery of large‑scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion; provide strategic direction to multidisciplinary teams including engineering, construction supervision, commercial and project controls; act as primary client interface, maintaining strong relationships with clients, government authorities, contractors and stakeholders; ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality, safety and contractual requirements; monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies; oversee contract administration, commercial management and claims resolution; ensure compliance with regulations, standards and governance; drive excellence, innovation and continuous improvement across teams; support business development activities including client engagement, proposals and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
• minimum 20+ years of experience delivering major infrastructure projects with significant construction supervision and project leadership experience
• proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure projects and multidisciplinary teams
• strong understanding of project management, construction supervision, contract administration, commercial management and project controls
• extensive experience managing client relationships and senior stakeholder engagement
• experience in international consultancy environments is highly desirable
• GCC and Saudi Arabia project experience strongly preferred
• professional certifications such as PMP, Chartership or equivalent are advantageous.
