Senior Landscape Architect

Job description

We invite experienced Senior Landscape Architects to express interest in supporting design review of major development projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is full‑time on‑site reviewing landscape designs, shop drawings and technical submissions. Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards and best practices. Provide technical guidance and design recommendations. Coordinate with consultants, clients and stakeholders. Identify design issues, risks and improvement opportunities. Support design review activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline
• minimum 12 years of relevant landscape architecture experience including construction experience
• strong experience in landscape design review for large‑scale developments
• proven experience on major GCC projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia
• strong understanding of landscape design standards and approval processes
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
