OT Security Manager

Job description

The OT Security Manager role at the employer leads operational technology (OT) and industrial cybersecurity consulting engagements. Based in Riyadh, the role helps clients protect critical industrial environments while ensuring safety, availability, and operational resilience. Responsibilities include developing OT security strategies, designing secure network architectures, conducting risk assessments, implementing security controls, and coordinating IT/OT convergence. The manager also creates transformation roadmaps, leads incident response capabilities, and delivers workshops and executive presentations to clients

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in OT security or industrial cybersecurity
• strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities
• proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams and complex client engagements
• experience supporting proposals, RFP responses, solution shaping, and business development
• knowledge of OT security standards such as ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST guidance for industrial environments
• proficiency in OT security maturity assessments, risk assessments, and gap assessments
• proficiency in designing secure OT network architectures, including segmentation, security zones, and industrial DMZs
• proficiency in OT asset discovery, vulnerability management, secure remote access, and privileged access management.
