About the Role: Ma'aden seeks a Chief Specialist, Integrated Planning in Riyadh to create a unified view of priorities, demand, resources, dependencies, and delivery across Technology Enablement. The role links strategic objectives with execution, enabling leadership to direct investment and capacity toward key initiatives. Responsibilities: develop and embed an integrated planning framework linking Technology Enablement priorities, demand, roadmaps, resources, dependencies, and outcomes; translate strategic priorities into actionable annual, quarterly, and rolling plans with clear sequencing and decision points; strengthen execution readiness through realistic planning and governance; integrate technology demand, portfolio initiatives, and transformation priorities into a consolidated enterprise view; drive prioritization, capacity, and dependency analysis for informed trade‑offs; align roadmaps across business, technology, finance, procurement, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data, and operations; establish consistent planning and portfolio governance for timely visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions; create executive dashboards, scorecards, and decision insights; define common planning standards, performance measures, and escalation criteria; translate complex portfolio information into clear scenarios and recommendations for senior leadership; anticipate execution risks and provide advice on portfolio adjustments, resource trade‑offs, and sequencing

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in integrated or strategic planning, portfolio management, program governance, business performance, technology planning, or transformation
• demonstrated experience leading complex planning cycles, portfolio reviews, roadmap integration, prioritization, and governance
• experience developing executive reporting, performance insights, decision papers, and planning scenarios for senior leadership
• knowledge of technology enablement, digital transformation, enterprise PMO, shared services, mining, industrial operations, or large‑scale transformation environments
