Engineer Facility Management

About the Role: the employer is seeking an Engineer, Facility Management to join their team in Riyadh. The role is responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective Facility Management projects across the employer facilities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver FM capital, renovation, infrastructure, and improvement projects according to approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE standards. Drive project execution from requirements and design review through commissioning, handover, and close-out phases. Approve practical and maintainable civil and multidisciplinary solutions. Validate technical submissions, inspections, testing, defect resolution, and handover records. Control project budgets, claims, variations, schedule risks, and corrective actions. Enforce the employer HSE, permit-to-work, regulatory, and building-code requirements. Drive contractor delivery, safety, quality, resourcing, and contractual performance. Align FM, Engineering, Procurement, HSE, Finance, users, and service providers on project decisions. Report progress, risks, and actions clearly, capture lessons learned, and standardize effective delivery practices

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in facility management projects
• proficient in controlling project scope, cost, schedule, quality and risk
• knowledge of HSE standards, permit-to-work, regulatory and building-code requirements
• proficient in reviewing designs and approving practical civil and multidisciplinary solutions
• proficient in validating technical submissions, inspections and testing
• proficient in managing project budgets, claims and variations
• proficient in driving contractor performance in safety, quality and resourcing
• proficient in aligning FM, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and service providers
• proficient in reporting progress, risks and actions.
