About the Role: the employer is seeking a Chief Specialist, Accelerating Asset Ramp-up to join its team in Riyadh. This full‑time role focuses on enhancing the speed and efficiency with which mining and processing assets achieve stable, productive operation. The specialist will integrate technology, operational expertise, data and analytics to resolve constraints that hinder commissioning, stabilization and early operational performance. Responsibilities: shape and embed an enterprise approach to asset ramp-up; identify and activate levers for throughput, recovery, uptime, cost and readiness; diagnose systemic ramp-up constraints and apply focused interventions; translate opportunities into measurable value hypotheses and performance targets; improve ramp-up speed and asset utilization through fact‑based performance management; provide actionable insights for leadership prioritization; accelerate use of advanced analytics, digital twins and predictive capabilities; embed digital capabilities into operational workflows; enable repeatable ramp-up use cases with technology and data teams; orchestrate alignment across Operations, Technology & Innovation, Data & AI and commissioning stakeholders; establish governance, performance measures and executive visibility; strengthen transition between project, commissioning and operations teams; develop scalable ramp-up playbooks, tools and practices; convert lessons into organizational knowledge; build capability through technical coaching and knowledge transfer

Requirements

• over 10 years of relevant experience
• proficiency in throughput, recovery, uptime, cost and readiness analysis
• knowledge of advanced analytics
• proficient in digital twins and predictive capabilities
• experience diagnosing root‑cause constraints
• proficiency in developing scalable playbooks and tools
• experience collaborating across Operations, Technology & Innovation, Data & AI and commissioning teams
• proficient in technical coaching and knowledge transfer
• proficiency in translating lessons learned into organizational knowledge.
