About the Role: the employer is seeking a Logistics Service Executive to join their team in Dammam. The role focuses on managing order processing, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely, flawless order handling. Responsibilities include planning, booking and executing transportation orders, following up shipments, handling export and import customs, managing documentation, invoicing and filing, providing customer feedback via mail, phone or EDI, operational troubleshooting, reporting non‑conformances per KPIs, cooperating with approved subcontractors, and processing freight audit payments. Full‑time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in logistics or related service role
• proficiency in Microsoft software applications or other market‑leading software applications
