Business Services Manager - Financial Operations

Job description

This role leads and manages business services functions within NTI under the supervision of the company's operations manager, ensuring the efficient execution of procurement, contracting, financial operations, and revenue management in accordance with the employer's policies and corporate governance standards. The job holder acts as an operational enabler for all NTI units by ensuring process structuring, applying strict financial controls, and providing consistent services that support strategic initiatives and programs, including leading purchase-to-pay (P2P) operations across NTI and overseeing the procurement lifecycle, including purchase requests, supply orders, contract coordination, and invoice verification.

Requirements

• Experience in leading and managing business services functions
• experience in executing procurement, contracting, financial operations, and revenue management
• knowledge of the employer's policies and corporate governance standards
• proficiency in leading purchase-to-pay (P2P) operations across NTI
