Lead Integration Architect and Developer

Job description

The Lead Integration Architect/Developer is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, building, and modernizing the enterprise integration ecosystems. This dual-impact role requires an expert who can architect modern, high-performing, secure cloud and hybrid integration platforms while actively writing code, creating reusable frameworks, and mentoring engineering teams. The position owns the technical roadmap for how distributed applications, SaaS systems, data platforms, and legacy environments connect and communicate smoothly and securely using contemporary DevSecOps practices. Responsibilities include architectural design, strategy, and governance, as well as owning the integration reference architecture and roadmap covering integration architecture and patterns, API management, iPaaS/connectors, event-driven messaging, workflow/orchestration, data movement, and legacy remediation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior technical leader in designing, building, and modernizing enterprise integration ecosystems
• Expertise in architecting modern, high-performing, secure cloud and hybrid integration platforms
• Proficiency in active code development and creating reusable frameworks
• Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams
• Expertise in owning and developing technical roadmaps for connecting distributed applications, SaaS systems, data platforms, and legacy environments
• Deep knowledge and experience with contemporary DevSecOps practices to ensure secure and smooth communication
• Capability to govern and own integration reference architecture and roadmaps, covering integration patterns, API management, iPaaS/connectors, event-driven messaging, workflow/orchestration, data movement, and legacy remediation
• Location based in Riyadh
