As a Digital Transformation Sales Engineer, you will promote and sell digital transformation and IT solutions, identify prospective customers, understand their business and technical requirements, and provide suitable solutions aligned with their needs and market standards. You will support sales activities, develop strong customer relationships, achieve assigned targets, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to overall growth. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams will ensure the employer’s service standards for clients in Jeddah and across the Kingdom.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• minimum 2 years experience selling servers, storage solutions and related IT products
• good knowledge of servers, storage solutions, digital transformation, telecommunications and IT infrastructure
• ability to understand customers’ business and technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• ability to identify prospective customers, generate sales leads and support business development
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to present and explain technical solutions clearly
• strong negotiation, persuasion and problem‑solving skills
• ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• customer‑focused approach with ability to propose value‑added solutions
• willingness to continuously develop knowledge of digital transformation solutions and technologies
• stay updated with technology trends, products and market standards
• proficiency in English written and spoken
• proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and basic reporting
• ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams
• willingness to travel within Jeddah and across the Kingdom as required
