Facilities Management Engineer

About the Role Ma'aden is looking for a Facilities Management Engineer to join their team, Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for delivering safe, reliable and cost-effective Facilities Management (FM) projects across Ma'aden facilities. The Engineer will control project scope, cost, schedule, quality and risks to protect operations, enhance asset performance and ensure compliant delivery. Key Responsibilities Deliver financial management capital, renovation, infrastructure and improvement projects in accordance with approved scope, budget, schedule, quality and HSE standards. Lead project execution from requirements and design review through commissioning, handover and closeout phases. Approval of practical and maintainable civil and multidisciplinary solutions. Validate technical submissions, inspections, testing, defect resolution and delivery records. Control project budgets, claims, variations, schedule risks and corrective actions. Enforces Ma'aden HSE requirements, work permits, regulatory requirements and building code requirements. Lead contractor delivery, safety, quality, resourcing and contractual performance. Align facilities management, engineering, procurement, HSE, finance, users and service providers on project decisions. Communicate progress, risks and actions clearly to stakeholders. Capture lessons learned and standardize effective implementation practices for future projects. Qualifications and Experience A minimum of relevant experience is required for this position. Success Metrics Success in this role is defined by the delivery of a To deliver projects safely, on time, on budget and within scope. Facilities must be delivered complete, compliant and ready for operation. The ability to resolve risks, discrepancies and contractor gaps early, coupled with clear reporting that enables quick decisions and stronger delivery in the future, is critical.
