About the Role Ma'aden is looking for a Senior Specialist - Accelerating Assets to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on accelerating the transition of mining and processing assets into stable and productive operations. The specialist will integrate technology, operational expertise, data and analytics to address constraints to operation, stability and early operational performance. Role Purpose and Value Creation The Senior Specialist identifies high-impact opportunities across productivity, recovery, uptime, cost, and production readiness. The role translates these opportunities into practical interventions that accelerate performance improvement. It provides an enterprise perspective, allowing successful approaches to be reused across different assets rather than solving problems independently in each process. This position promotes the transition from operational to reliable operations and includes repeatable methods to leverage future assets. Key Responsibilities Shape and embed the enterprise approach to asset leverage, shortening the path from commissioning to stable operations across mining and processing assets. Identify and activate critical productivity, recovery, uptime, cost and readiness tools to accelerate early-stage asset performance. Diagnose systemic constraints to intensification and enable focused interventions to address root causes and protect production value. Translate intensification opportunities into measurable value propositions, performance targets, and interventions with clear ownership and tracking of benefits. Drive sustainable improvements in ramp-up velocity, asset utilization, and operational readiness through fact-based performance management. Provide actionable insights for TM Ken's leadership is to prioritize interventions and investments in areas of greatest operational value. Accelerate the application of advanced analytics, digital twins and predictive capabilities to improve operating, stabilization and densification decisions. Embed relevant digital capabilities into operational workflows to enhance real-time visibility, decision quality and performance management. Enable incremental, repeatable use cases to scale across assets in partnership with technology, data, and solutions teams. Coordinate alignment across operations, technology, innovation, data, AI, and projects and task stakeholders with resolving cross-functional dependencies and barriers. Establish consistent governance, performance metrics and visibility at the executive level across prioritized ramp-up initiatives. Enhance transition between project, commissioning and operational teams through clear performance expectations and integrated execution. Develop and embed scalable and scalable playbooks, tools, and practices appropriate for different asset class teams and operating environments. Convert lessons learned from asset augmentation into reusable organizational knowledge to improve subsequent operation and stability. Build organizational capacity through technical training, knowledge transfer, and adoption of extensive proven practices. Qualifications and Experience A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role. Performance Indicators Reduced time from start-up to stable, targeted operating performance.
