KSA Market Director - Roads & Highways

Job description

A senior leadership role responsible for driving market strategy, business growth, client engagement, and portfolio performance across Saudi Arabia. Oversees market development, strategic initiatives, key account leadership, and coordination with technical delivery teams to expand the company’s presence in transportation infrastructure, especially roads, highways, and intersections. Develops and implements the Roads & Highways market strategy aligned with company goals. Identifies emerging market opportunities at federal and emirate levels, road network expansions, mobility programs, and major infrastructure developments. Drives annual business growth targets, market positioning initiatives, and competitive differentiation. Manages key client relationships with transport authorities, municipalities, government entities, public‑private partnerships, transport regulators, and major private developers, including design‑build contractors. Acts as primary executive sponsor for key accounts and represents the company at industry forums, government meetings, and transport sector conferences across Saudi Arabia. Leads major pursuits and proposal strategies, ensuring high‑quality competitive offers. Oversees bid‑no‑go decisions, capture planning, pricing strategies, and partnership models (joint ventures, alliances, sub‑contracting). Develops and maintains a strong opportunity pipeline using CRM tools. Collaborates with design, engineering, project management, and construction supervision teams to ensure successful delivery. Supports resource planning and talent acquisition to meet project and market needs. Monitors project performance and drives customer satisfaction initiatives. Holds profit‑and‑loss responsibility, sales forecasts, and project margin performance. Evaluates commercial risks, contractual terms, and compliance with Saudi regulations. Provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams, mentors emerging market leaders, and contributes to capability development. Promotes a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
