Senior Project Manager - Landscape

Job description

The Senior Project Manager leads the delivery of complex landscape and public domain projects from concept design through construction and project close-out. Develops execution plans, delivery strategies, schedules, resource plans and project management procedures. Manages scope, timeline, budget, quality, resources and risks to achieve agreed objectives. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams of landscape architects, urban designers, architects, engineers, BIM specialists and technical consultants. Serves as the primary daily contact with clients, building strong collaborative relationships, and conducts client meetings, progress reviews, design coordination workshops and stakeholder presentations. Ensures client requirements, project goals and design intent are clearly understood and communicated across the team. Monitors project programs, critical milestones, dependencies and resources, implementing corrective actions as needed

Requirements

• proficient in Git
• experience with Project Management
• knowledge of SEO
• experience in Risk Management
• proficient in PRINCE2
• PMP certification
• professional registration in engineering or construction
• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, Planning, Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management
• Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Project Management or Construction Management (preferred)
