Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role the employer is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is intended to supervise all aspects of maintenance, including work planning, defining maintenance types, task allocation, and developing preventive maintenance programs. The role requires between 2 and 5 years' experience in a relevant field. Main tasks and responsibilities: Prepare a work plan and program for maintenance. Follow up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance required and estimating the quantity and cost of materials needed. Distribute tasks and duties to maintenance team members based on their capabilities and abilities. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and evaluate their achievements periodically. Assessing the training needs of maintenance teams and developing their skills, or recommending their enrollment in specialized training programs. Preparing preventive maintenance programs and effectively following up on their implementation procedures. Classify, arrange, document and save work results and reports related to maintenance. Required qualifications and experience Practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in the field of maintenance or facilities management. Ability to prepare maintenance work plans and programmes. Excellent skills in distributing tasks and managing work teams. Ability to assess training needs and design skills development programmes. High organizational skills in classifying and documenting reports. Work Environment This position is full-time in the city of Jeddah, Mecca, within a team specialized in facilities management. The Supervisor will lead the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations. Additional Information Salary for this role will be determined based on experience and qualifications after interview
