About the Role the employer is seeking a Public Services Support Graduate to join the Health Systems Service Delivery team, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for recent graduates with experience ranging from, with a focus on providing essential support to clients and patients in the healthcare sector. Team and Collaboration The health systems service delivery team in Saudi Arabia values diversity, ownership, and innovative thinking to enhance service strategies. The team collaborates closely with various functions to ensure optimal support for clients and patients, and maintain a continuous improvement approach to deliver high-quality services. Key Responsibilities Install the employer Healthcare (PH) equipment according to set quality standards and installation time. Perform planned maintenance and equipment adjustments within specified times and in accordance with PH quality standards. Perform corrective maintenance using the Level 2 Help Desk when necessary. Submit accurate and timely service statements, worksheets, reports, expense claims, radiographic film badges, field problem reports, and other assigned paperwork. Identify the needs of customers and potential business customers (the employer Lifecycle Solutions - PLS) through customer visits, and provide feedback and recommendations to management and relevant internal teams. Represent PH professionally in addressing client issues, for example ensuring personal acceptance by the client in appearance and behaviour, in line with PH policy and objectives. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field, and graduate after 2025. Proficiency in English, both oral and written, as well as the local language. Demonstrate customer-oriented approach. Availability for business trips within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which require a valid driving license. Work Arrangement This is a field role, primarily conducted outside of main the employer facilities, typically at customer or supplier sites, to ensure effective service delivery.
