About the Role: the employer is seeking a Lead Specialist, Technical Solutions, to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for enabling successful delivery of technology and innovation initiatives. The Lead Specialist translates business needs into scalable, integrated, and deployable technical solutions, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes while aligning with enterprise architecture, operational requirements, and long‑term strategic objectives. Responsibilities: develop end‑to‑end technical solutions that align with business objectives, operational requirements, and enterprise technology standards; define scalable architectures, integration patterns, data flows, interfaces, deployment approaches, and non‑functional requirements; guide multidisciplinary delivery teams through implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to operations; strengthen delivery quality through technical oversight, design assurance, and proactive resolution of complex technical challenges; translate business priorities into practical technical solutions supporting strategic and operational goals; shape solution scope, success measures, value hypotheses, and implementation roadmaps with stakeholders; enable seamless integration across data, applications, OT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms; resolve technical dependencies, design risks, and implementation constraints; develop reusable solution patterns, standards, templates, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency; evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption opportunities based on business value, scalability, and maintainability. Work Environment: full‑time position based in Riyadh, working with multidisciplinary delivery teams and engaging various business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful solution implementation
