Job description

Responsible for preparing and monitoring detailed project schedules and ensuring work progresses according to the approved timeline. Prepare the baseline schedule for the project. Develop WBS and activity structure aligned with execution work. Update the schedule regularly on a weekly and monthly basis. Track on‑site progress and link it to the schedule. Conduct delay analysis and identify causes. Prepare progress reports. Develop and monitor S‑Curve schedules. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to update data. Create recovery plans when delays occur. Support preparation of time extension (EOT) claims

Requirements

• Prepare baseline schedule for the project
• Develop WBS and activity structure aligned with execution work
• Update schedule regularly (Weekly/Monthly Updates)
• Track on‑site progress and link to schedule
• Conduct delay analysis and identify causes
• Prepare progress reports
• Develop and monitor S‑Curve schedules
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to update data
• Proficient in Primavera P6 (basic) and MS Project
• Strong knowledge of site operations and execution sequencing
• Delay analysis techniques
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Architectural)
• 8–12 years of experience in construction companies
• Direct experience in construction projects
