Job vacancy: *Project Manager* *Company activity: A real estate company headquartered in Riyadh. *Job location: Eastern Province. *Nature of work: Field *Basic requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent. 2. Professional experience from 8 to 15 years. 3. Leadership experience from 5 to 10 years. 4. At least 5 years of experience in residential and commercial projects within the Kingdom *Nomination preference: 1. Has previous experience with the same job title with real estate development companies. 2. He has a PMP certificate. 3. The ability to manage and follow up projects and represent the owner before relevant parties. 4. Strong leadership and management skills About this profession: Project managers ensure that a project is completed on time, within budget, and that its objectives are met. They oversee the project, manage the team, ensure the most efficient resources are used and ensure that all parties involved are satisfied. Typical duties of this profession: • Define project goals and ensure completion on time within budget • Oversee project teams and direct daily activities • Manage resources efficiently to achieve desired objectives • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 8-15 years of professional experience
• 5-10 years of leadership experience
• at least 5 years of experience in residential and commercial projects within the Kingdom
• preferably has previous experience in the same job title at real estate development companies
• preferably has a PMP certificate
• ability to manage and follow up on projects and represent the owner in front of relevant parties
• strong leadership and administrative skills
