Quality Assurance Engineer

Job description

Responsible for developing and managing the quality standards documentation system. Update and review quality documents. Train staff on work procedures and quality assurance system. Conduct internal audits twice a year. Coordinate with accreditation bodies and manage calibration records. Handle non‑conformities and implement corrective actions. Prepare and update pre‑qualification documents and technical specifications. Follow up on customer and supplier complaints. Support internal sales and technical support. Conduct external and internal audits. Monitor project quality management system performance. Review and improve the quality management system to align with business trends. Manage calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment. Verify accuracy of quality records before release to customers. Ensure products and services meet customer requirements

Requirements

• Experience in engineering
• Experience in internal auditing or lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems
• Proficiency in document management processes
• Proven experience in quality auditing
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to supervise others
• Effective computer skills
• Decision‑making and teamwork skills
• Initiative and commitment to quality
• Work in the Eastern Province
