Technical Services Specialist (Intern)

Job description

The role provides technical support for medical devices at our Dammam location. Works with limited supervision, applying expertise in field service of medical devices. Performs technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements according to customer specifications. Troubleshoots technical issues and determines solutions aligned with product and customer requirements. Assesses product needs based on customer specifications. Conducts technical training and product briefings for customers, vendors, and company representatives. Acts as the local on‑site representative for the customer organization.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Medical Device Field Service
• proficiency in technical analysis of product implementations and modifications
• experience troubleshooting technical problems and determining solutions per product and customer specifications
• ability to assess product needs according to customer specifications
• skill in delivering technical training and product briefings to customers, vendors, and company representatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or related engineering
• license from Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
