AI-Native Learning Experience Designer - Math (Remote or Onsite in Riyadh)

Job description

Owns the learning journey for students and applies learning science to create outstanding experiences. Designs end‑to‑end learning including scope & sequence, unit and lesson plans, assessments, and formative checks aligned with Noon outcomes. Develops assessment strategies and rubrics, collaborates with product and engineering to translate designs into scalable digital experiences, and QA learning flows. Localises resources, runs rapid prototyping and user testing with students and teachers, trains teachers on new materials and EdTech tools, and uses data and feedback to continuously improve curriculum.

Requirements

• Proficient use of AI in daily design practice
• proficient drafting and critiquing materials
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Arts, Education or related field
• experience designing digital or blended learning for High School grades
• passion for Math and helping students love Math
• proven experience writing lesson plans, assessments, and facilitator guides based on learning objectives and evidence‑based practices
• strong understanding of formative assessment, feedback design, and differentiation strategies
• excellent written and verbal communication in English
• comfortable working on‑site or remotely and collaborating with remote teams across time zones (GMT +3 overlap preferred).
