Associate Service Technician

Job description

Performs basic preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing. Works with a mentor to achieve high customer satisfaction through direct contact. Requires a 2‑year associate degree or equivalent education and experience. Minimum suggested experience is 4 years. Explains policies and practices to internal and external parties. Corrects issues in existing systems and makes minor changes. Handles problems generally confined to a single job area. Utilizes specialized knowledge of commercial, technical, or trade operations. Contributes individually without direct leadership responsibilities. Knowledge application is limited to domestic locations or neighboring countries with similar culture. Location: Riyadh.
