Senior Technical Support - Major Projects

Job description

Responsible for supporting the sales process for new equipment products across the employer in Saudi Arabia. Liaises with internal teams and external suppliers to gather technical and commercial data for tender responses. Performs duties in accordance with business policies and procedures. Reviews tender documents; coordinates collection of documents for client submission; prepares compliance, RFI, ELOG, and quotations; supports costing and estimation; prepares contract forms and obtains FOD approval for booking; prepares pre‑qualification documents; prepares material submittals; records new inquiries in CRM/Elog; updates flash/booking forecasts; provides all other support required by the Major Projects sales manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales or equivalent
• relevant certification such as Certified Sales Associate (CSA) or equivalent preferred
• minimum of 3 years experience in sales operations within a construction/engineering organization
• at least 2 years in roles with progressively increasing responsibilities
• fluent written and spoken English
• Arabic preferred
