Job description

The programme aims to develop technical and professional skills of talented university students from underrepresented backgrounds for early legal careers. It includes interactive webinars and online learning from January to June, one‑on‑one coaching, a paid work experience in the nearest local office, a two‑week salary sponsorship paid at the start, invitations to local office activities, and a strong focus on building confidence in written and spoken English in a professional setting. The programme is offered in offices across Abu Dhabi, Bangkok, Beijing, Dubai, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Riyadh, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo, with content delivered in English.

Requirements

• proficient native Arabic speaker
• proficient English written and oral in a professional setting
• knowledge of basic law as a first‑year law student
• consistent academic performance
• experience from an underrepresented background
• experience submitting CV
• experience submitting transcript of records
• experience writing a cover letter covering suitability, background, motivation and interest in commercial law and the employer
