Development Manager

Job description

Manage development projects in Riyadh. Coordinate stakeholders and conduct market studies. Prepare business cases, strategic recommendations, and management presentations. Conduct market research and occupier analysis to guide development decisions. Assess office market risks and opportunities and propose mitigation strategies. Define office product offerings and customer value propositions. Support identification of anchor tenants and strategic partners. Collaborate with Development, Design, Delivery, Leasing, and Operations teams to optimise project outcomes. Provide recommendations on project phasing, prioritisation, and investment decisions. Manage external consultants and advisory workstreams. Foster engagement with internal and external stakeholders
