Financial Reporting Division Manager

Job description

The Financial Reporting Division Manager leads the financial reporting function, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial reports and statements while complying with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Oversees preparation and review of financial reports and statements, ensures compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies, analyzes financial results and provides insights to support decision-making, leads financial reporting processes and continuous improvement initiatives, coordinates with auditors and key stakeholders on reporting matters, monitors reporting controls, governance, and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or finance, including leadership experience
• professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
