Job description

The Data & AI Supervisor oversees data management and AI initiatives. Ensures data‑driven decision making and successful deployment of analytics and AI solutions. Leads a team of data professionals and aligns efforts with business objectives. Supervises data and AI operations including analysis, reporting, and model deployment. Manages and guides data analysts, engineers, and AI specialists. Ensures data quality, governance, and policy compliance. Oversees development and implementation of AI/ML models. Translates business needs into data and AI solutions. Monitors performance of data systems, dashboards, and AI models. Drives innovation and continuous improvement in data capabilities. Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver insights and business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI or related field
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, AI or related roles
• strong knowledge of data tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI
• understanding of AI/ML concepts and frameworks
• familiarity with cloud platforms Azure, AWS or GCP
• strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
