Overall leadership of the company and definition of the execution strategy. Supervision of multi‑site transportation and logistics operations. Deliver measurable growth in revenue, profitability and operational efficiency. Manage international shipments, documentation and Incoterms compliance. Build a network of agents and international partners. Develop operational and technical systems and automate processes. Oversee financial management, pricing, negotiation and contract administration. Recruit and develop strong teams

Requirements

• Over 10 years of hands‑on experience in the Saudi transportation and logistics market
• proven executive leadership experience
• track record of managing large, multi‑site operations
• demonstrated growth in revenue, profitability and operational efficiency
• comprehensive experience in road transport, international freight, customs clearance, warehousing, logistics yards and parcel delivery
• experience managing international shipments, documentation and Incoterms
• building networks of agents and international partners
• deep knowledge of the Saudi market and related regulatory requirements
• strong professional and commercial network
• high competence in financial management, pricing, negotiation, contract administration and team building
• experience implementing operational and technical systems, process improvement and automation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related field
• proficiency in Arabic and English
• preferred postgraduate qualification
