Job description

Quantity Surveyor Manager at the employer in Riyadh supports the Cost Manager and Controls Manager by implementing strong commercial practices and quantity management across the main infrastructure program. The role manages BOQs pre- and post‑contract to ensure accurate, complete and consistent quantity tables, variations, payment requests and commercial offers. Responsibilities include reviewing designer quantity schedules, supporting cost estimates, evaluating bids, leading QS teams, reviewing interim payment applications and change orders, preparing high‑level design change estimates, supporting cash‑flow forecasts, monitoring commercial procedure compliance, and delivering analytical reports to internal management and the client. Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Strong preference for experience in a PMO/PMC/client environment
• Excellent communication and report writing skills in English
