Senior Cost Control Engineer at the employer in Riyadh supports the Lead Cost Manager and Controls Manager in robust cost management before and after contract, preparing detailed reports across multiple current and future projects. Working within a Project Management Office environment, the role collaborates closely with the client, project managers, contractors and key stakeholders, reviewing material releases, drawings and complex project plans, creating detailed system breakdowns and cost estimates, analyzing contract documents to identify scope items, allocating material, equipment and labor costs, updating historical cost data, performing performance variance analysis, supporting Cost Control and Earned Value Management systems, delivering monthly cost reports, reviewing interim payment requests, developing dashboards and presentations, and guiding junior cost engineers. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
