Information Technology and Programming Specialist Job Title: Information Technology and Programming Specialist IT Specialist Work Location: Al Kharj Requirements ◾ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related specialty ◾ Practical experience in programming and developing systems and applications ◾ Proficiency in more than one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, PHP or its equivalent ◾ Experience in digital transformation and automation of processes and procedures (Process Automation) ◾ Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably having Practical experience in Odoo ◾ Good understanding of databases such as SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL is a plus ◾ Ability to analyze business requirements and turn them into executable technical solutions and systems ◾ Knowledge of developing and connecting systems using APIs and integration between applications is a plus ◾ Ability to test systems, detect errors, and analyze and address technical issues ◾ Knowledge of information security principles, privilege management, backup and data protection ◾ Ability to prepare technical and procedural documentation for systems and developments Implemented ◾ Strong skills in analysis, problem solving, communication and teamwork ◾ Ability to manage priorities and deal with the needs of users and different departments Most prominent tasks and responsibilities ◾ Develop and improve internal systems and applications in accordance with business needs ◾ Analyze current procedures and identify opportunities for digitization, automation and reduce manual processes ◾ Develop software solutions and integrations that increase the efficiency of operational and administrative processes ◾ Support and develop the ERP system and contribute to the customization of modules, reports and workflow, especially in the Odoo environment At the Need ◾ Develop and connect various systems, databases and applications ◾ Analyze malfunctions and software and technical problems and provide appropriate solutions ◾ Test updates and developments before launching them and ensure the stability of the systems ◾ Manage user permissions and support the application of information security and data protection requirements ◾ Provide technical support to users in problems related to systems and applications ◾ Prepare and update technical documentation, usage guides and procedures for the systems ◾ Cooperate with various departments to understand their needs and propose technical solutions that support digital transformation And increasing operational efficiency
