Branch Manager Job Advertisement We are looking for a Branch Manager to join the work team in the bakery and coffee sector. Tasks and responsibilities: • Field and continuous follow-up of the branches’ performance. • Ensure the application of operating, quality and cleanliness standards. • Follow up on employee performance and organize work progress. • Follow up on sales, inventory, and branch needs. • Follow up on customer feedback and work to address it. • Preparing and submitting periodic reports on the branches’ performance. • Coordinate with management to address operational challenges

Requirements

• Requirements:
• Previous experience in branch management.
• Experience in the bakery or coffee sector is preferred.
• The ability to lead work teams and monitor performance.
• Good organizational skills
• Good organization, communication and problem-solving skills
