Review and approve requests to inspect works and materials in accordance with approved authorities and procedures. Monitoring cases of non-conformity, preparing reports, and following up on corrective actions. Ensure the implementation of the project’s quality assurance and control plan. Coordinate with the consultant, contractor and project manager to address technical comments. Preparing periodic reports on the level of quality, achievement rates, and observations.
