Job advertisement Food Facility Responsible Food Facility Responsible, to work on following up on the safety and quality requirements of food products and adhering to the requirements of the Food and Drug General Authority. Follow up on the implementation of safety and quality requirements for food products. Ensure compliance with food storage requirements and maintain their safety and quality. Follow storage conditions and proper practices for handling food products. Implementing and following up on food safety procedures and quality systems. Familiarity with food safety supply chain requirements. Follow up on licensing requirements and update the data of the establishment official at the Food and Drug Authority. Dealing with observations related to the safety of food products and taking appropriate actions. Work location: Riyadh. Working hours: determined upon agreement

Requirements

• The applicant must be of Saudi nationality
• Obtaining a qualification of no less than a diploma in one of the following specializations: food science, nutrition, occupational safety and health, chemistry, biology, or any other specialization and qualification accepted by the Authority.
• Excluded from the academic qualification requirement are those who have previous practical experience in the same field, as permitted by the Authority’s requirements
• Obtaining training in food safety management from an entity accredited by the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training
• Familiarity with the requirements of the Food and Drug Authority related to food safety and quality
• Technical knowledge of food storage, supply chain and logistics requirements
• Possessing leadership skills and the ability to make decisions and deal with risks and observations related to food safety

• Relevant work experience certificates, if any
• Certificates of additional training courses related to food safety or quality, if any
