Senior Director - Contract Logistics at the employer International Co. is responsible for effectively managing contract logistics, including managing logistics operations and improving contract efficiency - applying through the announced application channel of the entity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree will be considered a plus.
• Proven experience of at least 15 -20 years minimum in supply chain management, logistics, or related roles, preferably in the hospitality industry or luxury resort operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles, logistics operations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software, inventory management systems, and other relevant technological tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome supply chain and logistics challenges.
