Highly Experienced Compliance and Risk Specialist

Job description

We are looking for a compliance and risk specialist with high experience in Saudi regulations and legislation, and capable of ensuring the company’s compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements issued by the relevant government and regulatory agencies. Riyadh Saudis only Tasks and responsibilities Ensure compliance with rules and regulations issued by: Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Ministry of Commerce SDAIA and relevant regulatory bodies - Prepare and update compliance, governance and risk management policies and procedures. - Follow up on legislative updates and analyze their impact on the company’s business. - Carrying out risk assessments and developing remediation plans. - Coordinating with regulatory authorities and supervising inspections and visits. - Preparing periodic reports for senior management. - Raising awareness of compliance within the company. Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor's degree (Law, Risk Management or equivalent). - Experience - Strong knowledge of regulations and legislation. - Practical experience in direct dealing with government and regulatory agencies. - High analytical skills and accuracy in work. - Proficiency in the English language.
