In particular, Art TCH Engineering Consulting Office announces the availability of: Architect Al Kharj - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Preparing and developing architectural designs. Preparing executive and detailed plans. Review and approve designs in accordance with Saudi regulations and codes. Coordination with engineers of various specializations. Supervising projects and site visits when needed. Participate in meetings with clients and provide design solutions

Requirements

• He/she holds a bachelor's degree in architecture
• Professional classification (professional engineer) from the Saudi Council of Engineers
• Suitable practical experience in the field of design, supervision and preparation of plans
• Proficiency in using engineering programs such as: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or Enscape
• Familiarity with the Saudi building code and municipal requirements
• Ability to prepare executive plans and coordinate with various engineering specialties
• High communication skills and teamwork
