Job description

Critical role in unlocking operational value across Maaden assets by identifying, validating and accelerating performance improvement opportunities. Enhances throughput, reliability, recovery, cost efficiency, energy performance, safety and sustainability. Strengthens organizational capability through performance management discipline, accountability and cross‑functional collaboration among operations, maintenance, technical, finance, digital and analytics teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Process Engineering, Mining Engineering or related technical discipline
• 6–8 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, performance optimization, asset performance or value realization
• experience identifying, quantifying and tracking improvement opportunities within mining, processing, manufacturing, utilities or heavy industrial environments
• experience in KPI management, operational diagnostics, root cause analysis and performance monitoring frameworks
• experience coordinating cross‑functional improvement initiatives involving operational, technical, finance, digital and analytics stakeholders.
