Coordinates daily work, ensures operational goals are met, communicates with other departments to solve issues and improve performance, uses reporting tools and Microsoft Office, and thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
• more than 3 years experience in operations including team leadership or supervision
• proven ability to manage teams and achieve operational targets
• strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
• excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
• proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools
• ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
